Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation via the email you used on the order. You may need to check your spam folder - just in case. Once your order is packed and ready for collection, you will receive a track and trace email.

Absolutely. Although we do tend to pack and send orders very quickly - so if you need to change any details - call us on 021 505544 with your order number as soon as possible.
