Shipping, Delivery & Returns
We will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. However, if an item is out of stock a representative from Baby Caterpillar will contact you to discuss an anticipated dispatch time or an alternative.
Our courier pickup is scheduled for 3pm Monday - Friday, therefore orders placed before this time may sometimes even go out the same day for overnight delivery. Usually, orders placed after this time will go out in the next day's pickup (unless they are on backorder, then you will be notified). Courier on rural deliveries will take longer to be delivered. If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us by phone or text on 021505544 for this to be arranged, otherwise, we do not deliver on Saturdays. If a signature is required on delivery, please indicate this in the delivery instructions section, otherwise, we do not automatically use this service.
PO BOX deliveries take longer to be delivered as these are not collected by our courier, and need to be sent via a secondary courier system.

International delivery details:
All Australian orders will be delivered within approximately 10-15 working days. All other international orders will be delivered in approximately 10-12 working days. International orders are sent via NZ Post International and are subject to customs rules and regulations.
Tracking orders in New Zealand and Internationally:
Once your order has been collected and scanned by the courier company, if you provided an email address at the checkout, you will receive an email notification allowing you to track and trace the ongoing progress of your order. If you haven't received anything within 3 working days, double check your spam folder.
Cost of Shipping:
New Zealand | we charge a low rate, flat shipping fee of $6.00 (or $9.00 for Rural delivery's) for all orders sent to New Zealand address. We use NZ courier post.
Australia | we charge a flat shipping fee of $24.00 for all orders sent to Australian address. However, we also offer an express courier delivery service of $65.00 if the order is urgent.
All other countries | we charge a flat shipping fee of $68.00 for all order sent to other countries around the world. If you want to check what countries we ship to, enter the address at checkout.
How long should it generally take to get to me?
New Zealand orders will take 2-4 working days.
Australian orders will take 10-15 working days.
UK & USA orders will take 10-12 working days
International orders that have paid for the EXPRESS courier delivery service should take 5 working days
What if my order is out of stock?
If you have ordered a garment that is out of stock, we will contact you by email, phone or text as soon as possible to advise what options are available. Most of the time your garment is only our of stock for a few days and we are able to dispatch as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange policy
All goods are returnable for refund or exchange if you change your mind, providing they are returned within 45 days with proof of purchase, (this could include the order number from the emailed or texted order confirmation or a matching bank account transaction). All returns must be in original packaging and unwashed, unused and unworn. SALE & SECOND items cannot be returned. Postage and packaging will not be refunded unless Baby Caterpillar accept that the product is faulty. We do not take responsibility for garments damaged due to failure to follow our washing instructions.
How do I return an item?
You can return any Baby Caterpillar garment that you purchased online as long as they are unworn, unwashed and still in the original packaging. You can get either a full refund of the purchase price or exchange for any reason within 45-days or purchase.
