We guarantee you will be delighted with your Baby Caterpillar online shopping experience, however, If you are not happy with any aspect of your purchasing experience, then please let us know so we can resolve any issue you have.
We guarantee all the Baby Caterpillar merino wool essentials are 100% New Zealand made. We guarantee that the quality is made to the highest possible standards. If you are not happy with the quality, please let us remedy this for you.
Not only do we meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, but our aim is also to exceed your expectations.
If you need to return
We will repair or replace your Baby Caterpillar garments within 12 months of purchase if it has been damaged due to faulty fabric, stitching or manufacturing.
Please return your garment as soon as possible so we can assess its condition and either repair or replace.
Any damage that occurs after a year is usually caused by fair wear and tear, or incorrect washing and storage.
Remember, moths love merino wool, so please make sure that you are storing your merino wool in such a way that they will not be food for moths - as moth holes will NOT be covered in the warranty.
Display of colours
All computer screens display colours slightly differently. The colours you see when you visit our website may differ slightly from the actual product colour.
All prices of goods contained in the Baby Caterpillar website are based in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Our prices may change without notice.
Exchanges and Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return or exchange your item if it is unwashed, unworn or unused if you have satisfactory proof of purchase ie: your order number, or bank transaction etc and as long as you return the item within 45 days of the purchase.
If a product needs to be repaired, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)
